Kutateladze number, K, is the reciprocal of Jakob Number.

where hlg is latent heat of evaporation, cp is the specific heat capacity of liquid and ΔT is the difference between the temperature of the liquid and saturation temperature.

Note that there is a second Kutateladze number, Ku, which is related to electric arcs.
