DYNAMICS AND CONTROL

Dynamics and Control is an area in Aerospace Engineering that studies an aerospace vehicle motion under the effect of inertial and thrust forces, as well as external forces and moments. In other words, it considers relation between forces, moments, and kinematic motion parameters, such as velocity, acceleration, angular velocity and angular acceleration.

On the other hand, Dynamics and Control deals with the techniques for aerospace vehicle guidance, systems analysis and control, analysis of flight trajectories and orbits, mission planning and system optimization methods.

The main goal of Dynamics and Control is to study dynamic properties of an aerospace vehicle, namely its stability and controllability, and to develop control systems accordingly.
